Name: ACT Neo Panzer Wing System
Description: The ACT-NPW System is a 3-mode system that uses charged minovsky particles. The first mode creates energy wings that can make the Gundam faster and capable of entering atmospheres. The Gundam becomes fast enough to create afterimages. The wings not only make the Gundam much faster, but cut whatever they touch. The system attaches to the back of the Feral Gundam and interfaces with its Psycom system and power supply. Because of the high power demands, it has a power pack that is used when in wing mode. (looks like two rods sticking out of a backpack.) Like this, but the wings are gold and the rods are black >

The second mode of the system acts as a cloaking system. While in cloak mode, the suit is covered by the charged particles, which bend light and radar waves around it, rendering the Gundam invisible to both visual and electronic detection.
The third and final mode of the ACT-NPW System allows the Gundam to use the charged particles to bend energy beams and create something similar to a very high output I-field that prevents most attacks from hitting the Gundam. (The exceptions being Mega Cannons and so on) The only way for the Feral Gundam to use offensive maneuvers while in this mode is to use his neotype abilities to control the particles enough to allow his saber claws to stick out of the barrier. As the particles are high output the pilot isn’t given a free range of movement with his saber claws and he must move his entire Gundam to strike an enemy. (Think of a sphere with spikes sticking out)
Advantages: The First Mode: High Speed movement and Offensive capabilities as well as the ability to enter and exit the atmosphere safely.
The Second Mode: Can make the Gundam invisible to both visual and electronic detection allowing it to move through enemy territory unseen and become undetectable by weapon systems and enemies.

Third Mode: Gives the Gundam Elite Defenses that can block all attacks (except for mega cannons and so on)

Disadvantages: First Mode: High Power Consumption restricts the overall time that the Gundam can remain operable. Only a newtype can use it fully as the fast movements are hard to follow by oldtypes.
Second Mode: High Power Consumption and can still be sensed by newtypes
Third Mode: High Power Consumption and prevents the Gundam from using almost all of its offensive weapons. Remaining weapons are limited to short range and limited to no mobility. Gundam isn’t as fast while in this mode. Can only maintain the defensive sphere for a short amount of a time before requiring time to recharge.

History: It was designed by Alexander Corvinus before the Feral Gundam was built and the Feral Gundam was made to interface with it. He used his knowledge gained while working for Flanagan Corporation and his newtype abilities to create the concept and he built the first prototype shortly after the creation of the Feral Gundam. It used the combination of the remaining amount of his inheritance and collected scraps of technology from his missions to build it. It wasn't until Alexander joined Team Warhammer and came aboard the Sword of Damocles that he had the equipment and assistance to perfect it.

I sense several problems with this,

One your a new pilot and dont get the luxury of wings, and even if you did you would have to buy them at a very very high price.

the second thing is this entire thing sounds like a GodModation. Most users dont have Megaparticle Cannons they can mount to their MS.

the last thing is they way you make it sound, by the time your done with using this things power and ability your newtype mind will be psycommu swiss cheese and an oozing puddle of mush to which your brain dead and unable to do anything.

I'm not that new when compared to other notable Gundam Aces and Pilots. My character has been a pilot for ten years. I realize it is powerful and would cost a lot, but I don't think it is Godmodation as technology like it has existed before

Really it is an old thing converted for this century.

It is powerful, but I noted all of its disadvantages and limits. The Barrier (which practically a High output i-field) can't be used for long periods of time and uses a lot of energy. So, obviously if I used it, it'd be for a very short time or as a last resort against a strong attack. I didn't want to make it invincible so I said mega cannon. Realize that when I'm in that mode I can't do hardly anything and the longer that I am the more likely I will be powerless and unable to defend myself when it deactivates.

Once again I realize it is a powerful system, but I believe that it is fair and not without its weaknesses. As for the psycomm system melting my brain.. All that the system does is amplify my brain waves and allow me to control things quicker. Some newtypes can control enough minovsky particles to form entire barriers without the help of a system.. to me that would strain my brain, but that is why I am not doing that. All I am trying to do is create a well balanced close range suit. I have no long range abilities whatsoever.

So then.. can I get this approved and if so.. can I stick to my storyline or do I need to pay for it? If I need to pay for it please let me know how much.

For a system such as this, I assume it will be around 100,000K-500,000K. Although Han is needed to verify.

Actualy i dont think this system is considered god moding at all... However this is more worthy of a Boss weapon so to say....

This is going to be a very very expensive pair of wings... Not only because they are wings, but because of the multiple functions that they have... Also the extent of these multiple functions are almost envy inducing...

I'm setting the price at 1,500,000 CC... and yes.. i think that's fair..
