Ironically someone already used the Tau Manta picture for their ship so I've made a few minor adjustments to their template to use as my own.

Perimeter Defence Drones:
Aside from the partial space taken from the hangar bay by the upgraded engine, two hangar units have been removed for the addition of defense drone carriers, which each hold three lightweight UAV's less then half that of a standard suit in overall size. These drones can function independently or by direction of a gunner from within the ship, though effective against vehicles and ground units, they pose little threat to a moderately armed mobile suit.

History:
Those who first hear the name should not be fooled by thoughts of serenity and love, for those who first lay eyes on the ship see images of a cold, hollow, darkness that embodies the Dark Century itself. The Heartseeker is a Second generation model of a late-U.C. Pearl Harbor Class. However, in comparison to the genI, the genII {generation} version includes larger reactor engines for even greater speed and up-sized particle cannons for better overall firepower against ships. Each cannon mount has also been upgraded to make slight movements to adjust the direction of fire slightly, a feature that the Pearl Harbor Class did not have with its static [non-moving] guns.
The ship has a rather short life story, still in its infancy. The Heartseeker was a thoroughbred junker when it was first found, practically a relic of the Universal Century's closing. Before the dawn of the Dark Century, when. . .

Havent we mentioned before that you are NOT soppose to post in another persons topic untill it has been approved. Also we mentioned if you did it we were gonna do something with you didnt we?...
Anyway...Elay; there are classes of ships so why not use the Tau Manta anyway.
Also being that you want this as a starter ship and more in likely free it needs standard equipment and zero offensive weapons.
